These terms cover your use of the LifestealMC website (lifestealmc.net) and the LifestealMC Minecraft server. By using the website or playing on the server, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Using the website

The website is provided free of charge for information about the server. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorised access to it. We may rate-limit, block, or restrict access to keep the site running for everyone.

The game server

Playing on LifestealMC means following the in-game rules announced on the server and in our Discord. We may moderate, restrict, or remove access to the game server at our discretion to keep it fair and safe. The website and the game server may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Purchases

Any purchases (such as ranks or cosmetic perks) are made through our third-party store, which has its own terms and refund policy. Purchased items are digital, optional, and grant in-game benefits only — they hold no real-world value and can be changed or discontinued. Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in loss of access to the server.

Intellectual property

The LifestealMC name, branding, and the content of this website belong to us, except where noted. Minecraft is a product of Mojang Studios / Microsoft — LifestealMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Third-party links

The site links to services we don't control, including our store, Discord, and the official Minecraft service. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

No warranty

The website and server are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the website or server, including loss of in-game items or progress.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
